Forest Firebox, black

This range of braziers is constructed from highly polished steel which has been acid-etched with a variety of designs and patterns, within which the flame is reflected back and forth to fill the whole lamp with fire.

We stock two braziers in two shapes — the round ones shown here and the square ones which can be found here.

The round braziers are about a foot in height (30cm) and about 5 inches (12cm) in diameter. The flickering firelight bounces around the polished interior and gives the impression of a shimmering sea of fire. These make great table lamps in any room — nice little night-lights too.

All of the designs are available with a silver finish, and many of them are also available with a matt black or copper exterior finish.

The matt black exterior finish retains the polished interior that multiplies and enhances the flame-effect inside whilst eliminating the extraneous reflections from the lamp’s surroundings, thereby showing up the fiery flame colours better.

The copper finish (technically rose gold electro-plating) covers every finely etched edge of the pattern, ensuring that the flickering reflections of the flame bounce off every surface and bring the entire lamp shade to life — the whole lamp looks too hot to touch.
